Principal/Partner
Mark Banta joined his father in the financial services field soon after graduating from the University of Redlands in 1989. He earned a B.A. in Business and a B.A. in Psychology. Mark brought his superb client services skills to the team, skills he mastered while working at the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company throughout his college years. The Ritz Carlton recognized Mark’s stellar service dedication and diligence with the coveted Five Star Employee of the Year Award.
Mark currently heads Banta’s client services team. Drawing on his innate ability to listen and interpret clients’ dreams and goals, he creates long-term strategies to meet each client’s unique objectives. Mark also counsels families to help build long-term planning relationships, part of our multi-generational wealth-building strategy.
A proud father of two, Mark has been married to his high school sweetheart, Kimberle, for 21 years. When not busy serving clients, Mark can be found supporting and coaching his children’s activities, including soccer, baseball, swimming, water polo and competitive sailing.
